Our Responsibilities
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We vacuum your pool monthly.
We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.
We evaluate your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We keep your pool water healthy and eliminate any algae. See our No Algae Guarantee.
We check your pool equipment.
We verify your automatic pool cleaner operation.
We brush your pool (walls, steps, tiles).
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
Your Responsibilities
Maintain sufficient water level.
Keep the pool equipment active and operating approving repairs when necessary.
Vacuum your pool, if desired, on weeks we did not.
Net your pool surface and bottom.
Report any findings of swimming pool issues.
Notes
Monthly plan cost is based on a 4 week month.
There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.
Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.
